CRM 2011 Error: This record will not be processed by the e-mail router until its primary e-mail address has been approved by the system administrator

Error shown when managing the users with a yellow bar and red text as shown below:

“This record will not be processed by the e-mail router until its primary e-mail address has been approved by the system administrator”

A new feature introduced in CRM 2011; that the system administrator has to approve a change of the users’ primary e-mail address.

Resolution: Just click the “Approve E-mail” button in the User ribbon.
